At Eve Blossom Embroidery, we sell digital machine embroidery design files that are delivered electronically and made available for download after purchase.
Digital Products and Right of Withdrawal
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that once the digital files are made available for download, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.
Once the digital content has been delivered or made available for download, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds, except where required by applicable law.
Before Purchasing
Please make sure that:
- You have an embroidery machine compatible with the provided file formats.
- You select and use the correct file format for your embroidery machine.
- You understand that this is a digital product and no physical item will be shipped.
Problems With Your Order
If you experience a technical issue with your order, such as problems downloading your files, accessing your purchase, or receiving the correct files, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you and help resolve the issue.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
